We use USPS to deliver our orders. We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control and we recommend that you select USPS Priority or Express shipping service to ensure that your package in insured. Insurance is to protect against lost or damaged packages during shipping. All purchases are shipped by USPS and insured through USPS. (First-Class packages are NOT insured.)
Lost or Stolen Packages
Diamond Defense LLC is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Diamond Defense LLC will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. For any lost packages, please file a claim with USPS directly.
We are not responsible for any items that are damaged in transit. If it is a manufacturer defect and you provide photo & video proof it will be replaced at no extra cost. You have 3 business days after order is marked as delivered to contact us for replacement.
Diamond Defense offers package protection for all orders. Package protection provides protection on orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged (in accordance to the criteria). This insurance is automatically applied to all orders unless manually removed by the customer. Review is done by our internal audit system and if deemed valid after investigation, you will have the option to have your order re-shipped or refunded.
For orders NOT covered by package protection: Diamond Defense is not responsible for any lost packages that are marked as "delivered", any stolen or damaged packages.
