I fully intended to buy more things from this store because the items are absolutely adorable and i LOVE how its women protecting women. In one, aka 2 in 1 seatbelt cutter glass breaker) claims to be a whistle but its not. So it should say 2 in 1 not 3 in 1. I really really wanted to love this store, i absolutely love buying from small businesses, however the customer support was horrible. No answer. And if my stun gun dies its basically useless. Im trying to find one on amazon but I dont understand why it wouldnt come with the order. Would’ve been 5 stars had she maybe sent the charger separately or even responded. I do love my keychain very much so thats why i gave 3 stars. I would just work on the customer service aspect cause they just dont answer.
